Same network. Better support. Lower costs.
Choosing a business mobile provider isn’t always about changing networks. Sometimes, it’s about changing who looks after you.
We recently worked with a law firm that already had some of its Vodafone SIMs managed through Interact, while the rest of its staff mobiles were managed directly with Vodafone.
After experiencing the difference, they decided to move all of their staff mobiles across to Interact.
Why did they make the move?
Two big reasons: cost and support.
By moving their Vodafone connections to Interact, we were able to offer the firm a more cost-effective solution while keeping them on the network they were already using.
But price was only part of it.
Instead of dealing directly with a large network whenever they need assistance, they now have UK-based support from the Interact team.
A new starter needs a SIM? Give us a call.
Someone needs help with their mobile? Speak to us.
Need to make a change to the account? We’re here.
For a busy law firm, that means less time dealing with mobile admin and more time getting on with the work that actually matters.
Bigger doesn’t necessarily mean better service
There can be an assumption that going directly to one of the UK’s biggest mobile networks means you’ll automatically get the best service.
Independent research suggests it isn’t that simple.
In a 2025 survey of more than 4,000 mobile customers, Which? found that the UK’s four biggest network operators, EE, O2, Three and Vodafone, were largely outperformed by smaller providers. Which? highlighted customer service, value for money and flexibility as areas where customers could benefit from looking beyond the biggest names.
Ofcom’s research paints a similar picture in some areas. Its 2024 customer-service data found overall satisfaction of 94% for both Tesco Mobile and giffgaff, compared with 84% for Vodafone and 85% for O2.
And that’s where things get interesting.
Choosing an alternative provider doesn’t necessarily mean choosing an alternative network.
In fact, Ofcom points out that Tesco Mobile uses the O2 mobile network, despite Tesco Mobile customers recording higher overall satisfaction in its research.
Our law firm client was already happy using Vodafone. They didn’t need a different network.
They wanted a different service experience.
By moving their connections to Interact, they can continue using Vodafone while having our team looking after their account.
Same network. Better support. Lower cost.
Could your business do the same?
If your business mobiles are currently managed directly with Vodafone, EE, O2 or another network, it may be worth finding out whether going direct is actually giving you the best value and service.
At Interact, we can review your existing setup, usage and costs and see if there’s a better way to manage your business mobiles.
